CÔTE D’IVOIRE vs SCOTLAND

Everton’s Hill Dickinson Stadium will stage its first senior men’s international football fixture on Tuesday 31 March 2026, when Scotland face Côte d’Ivoire in a FIFA World Cup warm-up match (7.30pm BST kick-off).

The 52,769-capacity waterfront stadium will welcome two nations who have qualified for this summer’s FIFA World Cup, with the fixture forming part of Pitch International’s ‘Road to 26’ international series.

MAGIC WEEKEND

Everton is delighted to confirm Hill Dickinson Stadium will host the 2026 Betfred Super League Magic Weekend on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 July.

Super League’s annual celebration will now take place in July and feature a full round of fixtures across the Saturday and Sunday, including the return of three classic derby encounters which were a highlight of the inaugural Magic Weekend in 2007.

RUGBY UNION: FIJI vs ENGLAND

Hill Dickinson Stadium will host an international rugby union fixture this summer, as Fiji take on England in the Nations Championship on Saturday 11 July 2026.

The match will see Mick Byrne’s Flying Fijians face England in what promises to be a spectacular occasion at Everton’s world-class waterfront home. The fixture forms part of Fiji’s inaugural Nations Championship campaign, with the Pacific nation choosing to stage its designated home fixtures in the Northern Hemisphere.
